During enterprise, our faci told us to select 2 person to write feedbacks.
But anyway, it's randomly chosen. Because it's in small pieces of paper
& each of us got to pick 2 out of it.
So don't know whoever bastard/bitch wrote about me.
And this is what he/she said to our faci.

How can you improve?(Referring to me)
Firstly, I always see you talking online with your friends on msn and many times you didn’t do work at all. This new group arrangement, I was in the same team as you for you just edit the ppt claim it as you have done a . Yet you didn’t do anything and you got grade And many times you just take your friend’s presentation and copy and paste. Why not try to do it yourself. Talk lesser online. Do work on your own and don’t come to school as if fashion show.

I would say that you are very resourceful because you do quite a lot of research and always very focused too. Aside from that, you are very co-operative especially during Science. When you are unsure of a word, you would not be hesitant to go to Encarta dictionary or www.dictionary.com. Okay, to convince you guys. Let me show you my comments from all my facilitator. I'm sure this is enough to SHUT that bitch up.

From maths faci:
Hi Daphanie. You excelled exceptionally today in terms of gaining great understanding of the learning points of the lesson and sharing what you understood with your team mates. You also did well to explain what you understood in the 3rd meeting. It would be good if you can try out the practice questions and volunteer to show your working, which we always do during 2nd half of the 3rd meeting, in subsequent lessons.

Well done, you have raised your level of learning performance to a higher level! Whatever that inspired you to do so, I'm proud of your excellent performance shown today. Continue to strive for learning milestones and i believe you can do even better!

From programming faci:
You do pick things up fast, so try to apply what you've learnt in the past to the problem statement. For example, could you have used a list, and use append() to create a list of objects? Constantly challenge yourself.

From science faci:
Hi Daphanie,

in meeting 1, you were quite proactive brainstorming on what were the functions of the cell membrane.

In meeting 2, you were doing relevant internet research on membrane structure.

In meeting 3, you presented on the properties of the cell membrane. You might want to have a clearer idea of the exact mechanism of transport by looking at the sequential pictures of the transport processes.

From your RJ, I can see that despite your lack of biological background, you do appreciate how chemistry does affect biological properties and functions of cells. In your case, I think you need to revise and read up on bond and molecular polarity as well as to think about how these factors affect the chemical and hence biological structures of the phospholipid cell membrane.
